Shipping
We ship most in-stock merchandise within 2 business days of receiving your order, generally by USPS. Shipments placed on Friday through Sunday are usually processed on Monday. Our standard shipping charges cover most items. Heavy or oversized orders may have an added Shipping/Handling Fee.
Once delivered to USPS, the Union Mills Homestead is not responsible for non-delivery, delay in delivery, loss, or damages during shipment. Claims for missing or damaged merchandise must be filed directly with USPS.
Shipping and Handling
Standard shipping and handling charges are based on the total price of merchandise shipped to each delivery address within the 48 contiguous states. Standard Ground Service requires 5-7 business days.

Our goal is to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with one of our products, please note the following policies:
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging, unopened and unused. If you need to return an item, please contact the Homestead at 410-848-2288 within 15 days of delivery. Do not return an item without first contacting us. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
