Step back in time on the grounds of the Union Mills Homestead, Saturday, July 22 and Sunday, July 23 for a Civil War Encampment and Living History.  The grounds will open both days at 9:00 a.m. and close at dusk. 

Formation and Weapons Inspections, Church Services, Tactical Camp Drills, Lectures, Living History Demonstrations and Battles.  A schedule of the day’s events will be available at various locations.

Guided tours of the historic Shriver Homestead and Grist Mill will be available for a small fee.  Gift shop and Blacksmith's shop will be open for stoneground flour from the 1797 Grist Mill along with other souvenirs of your visit.  

Kountry Kafe and Katering will be serving pit beef, turkey and ham sandwiches, along with other favorites.
